RECORDING INFORMATION
This album is released to coincide with Hommage à Alfred Brendel - a major series of concerts, recitals and readings at this year's Salzburg Summer Festival (Salzburg, Austria, August 2001).

Alfred Brendel has been performing at Salzburg for 40 years. This release is comprised of live recordings of works by Haydn, Schubert and Liszt from his Salzburg recitals in 1981, 1984 and 1985.
