Juan Diego Flórez stars in two complete operas on DVD - Donizetti's La Fille du Regiment and Don Pasquale - previously available separately, in a specially-priced 2 For 1 box set.

This release is timed for international release in early-April. Natalie Dessay and Flórez are to appear together this season in La Fille at the Metropolitan Opera; the performance on April 26th will be broadcast live to cinemas worldwide and will receive global press.

Flórez sings the role of Tonio in La Fille du Regiment with its famous high-C 'Ah mes amis' aria, which Flórez was forced to encore at La Scala in 2007 - the first time an encore had been allowed in the opera house for 70 years. This high-spirited production from Genoa also stars renowned soprano Patrizia Ciofi as Marie.

Ernesto is another of Flórez's great stage roles and this creative and witty production of Donizetti's irresistible comedy Don Pasquale from the Zurich Opera House shows Flórez at his very best. The perfect partner to La Fille!
